Benson LOVES the game Angry Birds, and with how much traveling we did this summer James and I loved Angry Birds because it keep Benson occupied and quiet...well at least limited to "boo-yas and babams and the occasional "a nice shot, see that mom!" So we thought it would be awesome to have a life size Angry Birds game. James made this sling shot and we built the tower to knock down and just hoped it would work. Grandma Sage found the birds to shoot and it was such a hit with the kids. They loved it, everyone took about 6 turns before we moved on to the next game. We also had Benson's favorite meal...waffels!

What's a party without a PINATA!!! That hat was actually supposed to be covering the kids eyes but it kinda ended up as just a fun thing to wear while beating the bird! I attempted to make cake pops...they look a little creepy to me! The kids loved them, that's all that matters! Benson's new bike! These are the coolest bikes, Benson has been riding everyday since he got it. Thanks Platt family- great gift idea!
I worked so hard on this little headband and I think he wore it for about 5 min! Oh well, looks cute on him!
