Something to make my day!

So you know how it is when you feel like you are barely keeping your head above water? That is how I have felt the last few weeks, I have been so tired and overwhelmed with the kids and I feel like I hardly see my husband. He is trying to get home as much as possible but he has so many demands this semester that he rarely gets home in time to help much on the weekdays. I am still working 3 mornings a week starting at 5:30am which can get difficult after a long night with the one-year-old. Anyway enough of my sob story, point is that I've just been throwing a giant pity party for myself! Then today I got back from a walk with the boys and there are two grocery sacks full of meals for my family. My little sister came to the rescue and made delicious food so I didn't have to worry about shopping for a meal, cooking a meal or even cleaning up the mess and dishes from a meal! I started crying and Benson said, "Mom, why did Coriann's package make you so sad?" I said "sometimes when someone does something really nice for you it makes you cry, its not because I am sad." He looked at me a little funny and said, "huh, that doesn't happen to me." Immediately I laughed and had a sweet little moment with my 3-year old. I know everything is challenging right now but soon our kids will be older and not so innocent, so I am trying to embrace the craziness and enjoy having little kids to take care of.

I liked reading your post. Hope you are having some better days. You're so close to having your baby! Leah kept asking why everyone was so sad in testimony meeting last week. It's funny that kids don't quite understand.
